Taiwan initiated to build up e-Government environment since 30 years ago. Taiwan Government has successfully promoted the service efficiency and quality of government network infrastructure and internet applications. InfoExplorer technical team proudly took part in it and helped to set up major nationwide projects including Household Registration Information System, Civil Aeronautics Administration Air Traffic Control System, National Health Insurance Information System, Central Weather Bureau modernization, Water Resource Agency Disaster Mitigation System and Government Procurement Information System.
As the thinking tank of information strategies for Vietnam government, NIICS (National Institute of Information and Communication Strategy) sent one delegation led by President Dr. Le Xuan Lan to visit InfoExplorer to exchange experiences and opinions of e-Government solutions. The delegation was warmly welcomed by InfoExplorer CEO Dr. Mark Fan while YC Tan and Jerry Wang, Director and Manager of Marketing & International Business Division, with Allen Huang, Manager of Government Business Division introduced e-Government solutions and implementation experiences to the delegates. Following by the presentation, the NIICS delegation took a field trip at Taipei City Government to understand the operation and infrastructure in disaster monitoring center and 1999 citizen service center.
