Research and Development Substitute Service System Operation Mechanism Labor Outsourcing Project (RDSS)
RDSS was designed with the Ministry of the Interior to provide a system that could efficiently evaluate draftee applications, examinations and place them where they can serve most effectively. InfoExplorer provided implementation, planning, execution, operations and maintenance, as well as consultation services to the Ministry of the Interior while developing for the RDSS project.
History
In coordination with new national policy, to effectively utilize the professional specialties of draftees RDSS was introduced in 2005: detailed plans followed with an expansion on the information management system fulfilling the requirements as stated by the Ministry of Interior. In January 2007, an amendment to the Enforcement Statute for Substitute Services which allowed RDSS to be deployed , underwent the third reading in the Legislative Yuan. In 2008, RDSS was brought into force in 2008.

- 300000 lines of source code providing over 200 functions.
